The thoroughness of exams and cleanings that I receive is second to none. The care, patience and courtesy of all the staff is outstanding. They have quickly built my trust with their approach. He is conspicuously good at his specialty, and he has a reassuring chairside manner meaning he explains what he is going to do, and then he explains what he is doing as he does it. Dr. Carmosino is very personable, does a through exam and them explains it so that it is easily understood. Scheduling was flexible to accommodate my schedule. Posted On: 08/04/2025 The office staff was very friendly and worked me in very quickly to fill a cancelled spot. Dr Carmosino was very informative. He recommended pulling one tooth instead of 2. I am very grateful for the fast response for my problem. The shot he gave to numb the tooth when he pulled it didn't even hurt. When he pulled the tooth there was no pain. I would recommend Dental Implant and Periodontal Specialists to anyone who wants top notch service. Jane N
