Posted On: 11/18/2025 I have had 3 separate implants with Dental Implants and Periodontal. If you're in need of Orthodontic services, I can say without a doubt, this is the place to go!
Dr. Joe Cristoforo and all the support staff make the trip to the dentist enjoyable. Not only do you feel welcome, but they're not content until they know you are totally satisfied. They followed up with me with 2 short exams , to make sure everything was still working as it should.
If I need any additional Orthodontic
procedures, I will return to Dental Implants and Periodontal.

Posted On: 11/05/2025 I often talk about how grateful I am for the dental and medical services we are lucky enough to have here in Madison.This dental office is a fine example of what I'm talking about .From the moment you come in the door you are welcomed in with kindness and courtesy.The staff doing everything they can to make things go well for you .I had a cleaning today with a skilled ,experienced hygienist and met briefly with Dr.Carmosino who was very personable and knowledgeable about my 'issues' and how to best deal with them.Feeling lucky to have them and their expertise in our City. I have always had perfect teeth but a family history of gum disease that hit me as well which terrified me. Recieving care from Dr Cristoforo was truly the best thing that could have happened to me. He performed 3 bone grafts and two implants restoring my self esteem and beautiful smile. Dr Joe is a master, the best in the business! I am still crying HAPPY TEARS of gratitude! Deborah K
